"I have been boxing with Shahaab at a park in North Vancouver for 4 months. Yes, outdoors…in the fresh, beautiful North Shore air, rain or shine! Shahaab makes boxing (and getting/staying in shape) fun. He not only teaches me the technical aspect of boxing (correcting my moves, pushing me to learn new forms, having me follow different sequences of punches, etc.) but he also motivates me…all while having fun and making a great workout not feel like work!

Who is Shib?

I was always the skinny kid wherever I went and never truly felt like myself. I would look into the mirror and would not be satisfied with who I was, and that is when I made the choice to change my body. I started boxing, conditioning, and lifting weights in the gym. I also started to pay attention to my diet.

Combining all of these things together, I started to see the results and realized that becoming my ideal self isn't as hard as it seems.After seeing my progress, my friends and family wanted to join the journey and so I started to acquiant them with simple exercises. That is when I realized I have a love for fitness and a passion for helping people become the best version of themselves, physically and mentally—I loved it.

Boxing

Get in shape like a boxer. Whether you want to learn how to box or train like a boxer, we do it both. Boxing workouts make you lean, fit, and also help you become more confident while growing your confidence. We make learning to box easy.

Conditioning

If you are wanting to get in shape and use all parts of your body to strengthen and shape it, then the conditioning program is for you. We will work on not only your strength but also establish fitness habits that enable you to lead a healthier life.

Weight lifting

If you are looking to start getting fit and strong by learning the basic of the gym, look no further. We help by teaching you all of the foundations of weightlifting and developing a personalized workout plan to increase your strength and maximize muscle growth.

Nutrition

Losing weight is always made out to be something that is very hard and difficult to do or would require you to completely switch up your diet and not eat the foods or drinks you love. We help by establishing healthy habits and developing a plan; you'll soon realize that achieving that number on the scale isn't so hard after all.
